There is only one pathway available for this qualification.
This course is suitable for anyone who is interested in customer service, and those who are hoping
for career progression or employment opportunities in the customer service industry.
Fees
On booking, you will be invoiced for 50% of the qualification fee which is non-refundable. Once the qualification is complete, you will be invoiced for the remainder of the fee.

Entry requirements
There are no specific entry requirements to study for an NVQ, but you will need to be in a job or work placement that allows you to develop the skills needed to complete your qualification.
Assessment
You will be assessed in various ways via a portfolio of evidence and by observations from your assessor. There are no exams.
